In this workshop we will be creating a printing plate by layering different types of sticky tape to the surface of  mountcard.  Using all kinds of tape, sellotape, masking tape, parcel tape, framing tape, duck tape etc, these will  be layered, scratched into, ripped, scrunched to build up a design. 

This will be inked using both relief (surface) rolling and intaglio  techniques. This is an exciting & quick method of creating prints with contrasting textures. Discover and gain an understanding of the process while having fun and learning from each other. An excellent introduction to the collagraph technique.
